1. About ByteBodh

ByteBodh – The Quiz Master ("ByteBodh", "we", "us", or "our") is an educational quiz application designed to help users practise and improve their knowledge in areas such as technology, science, mathematics, and other educational subjects. These Terms govern your use of our application, website, quizzes, features, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering for, or using ByteBodh, you agree to these Terms and our applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use ByteBodh on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to protect your account.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for deceptive purposes.
• Where required by law, users below the applicable age of consent must use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• We may request reasonable verification to protect accounts, prevent fraud, or administer rewards.

4. Educational Content and Quiz Results

Quizzes and educational materials are provided for general learning and informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate content but do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, score, or learning resource is complete, current, or error-free.

Quiz scores and rankings may depend on the rules, scoring system, timing, and technical conditions. We may correct errors, remove invalid questions, or adjust scores when reasonably necessary to maintain fair play.

5. Acceptable Use and Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, modified apps, exploits, or unauthorized automation to gain coins, scores, referrals, or rewards.
• Manipulate leaderboards, create fake referrals, or exploit bugs.
• Access accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions without authorization.
• Upload or share unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content through features that allow user submissions.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Use ByteBodh in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Coins, Points, Rewards, and Redemptions

ByteBodh may offer virtual coins, points, leaderboards, daily challenges, referral benefits, or promotional rewards. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual coins and points are promotional units within the app. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, or a promise of cash payment.

• Eligibility: Rewards are subject to the requirements displayed in the app, including eligibility, minimum coin balance, ranking, verification, and redemption rules.
• Reward availability: Gift cards and other rewards may depend on stock, third-party provider availability, geographic restrictions, and verification requirements.
• Fair play: We may review suspicious activity and reject reward requests where there is a reasonable basis to believe that fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or rule violations occurred.
• Changes: We may update reward types, redemption thresholds, or promotional offers prospectively. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
• No guaranteed winnings: Participating in a quiz, challenge, or leaderboard does not guarantee a reward unless the applicable published promotion rules provide otherwise.
• Account closure: Promotional balances may be restricted in cases of fraud, serious violations, or account closure, subject to applicable law and the relevant reward rules.

Individual contests or campaigns may have additional rules. Where campaign-specific rules conflict with these Terms, those rules apply to that campaign only to the extent of the conflict and as permitted by law.

7. Referrals and Promotions

Referral rewards, if available, are subject to the rules displayed in the app. Referrals must represent genuine, eligible users. Self-referrals, fake identities, purchased referrals, spam, and manipulative activity are prohibited. We may investigate and adjust referral rewards where misuse is reasonably suspected.

8. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

ByteBodh may display advertisements and use third-party services for analytics, authentication, hosting, payments, or reward delivery. Such services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Displaying an advertisement does not imply endorsement by ByteBodh.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the app's original branding, software, design, text, and materials are owned by or licensed to ByteBodh and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for personal, lawful educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe content in ByteBodh infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient details so that we can review the concern.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on the features you use, we may process account details, quiz activity, scores, device or diagnostic information, and information needed to prevent abuse or administer rewards.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Any limitation of responsibility is subject to applicable law.

12. Suspension and Account Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the service. Where appropriate and practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using ByteBodh at any time and request account deletion through an available in-app option or by contacting us. Account deletion and the retention of certain records remain subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ByteBodh is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every user's expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or legal guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ByteBodh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses arising from your unlawful use of ByteBodh, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This clause does not apply where applicable law prohibits imposing that responsibility on you.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are published and provide additional notice where required by law. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the service.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable laws, including mandatory consumer protections in the user's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies under applicable law. You may contact us first to try to resolve a concern informally.
